How Do I Redeem Rewards?

There are several ways to earn reward points! Check out the list below to learn more.

- Sign Up Bonus - Create an account and earn 50 points.
- Write a Review - Earn points by writing reviews for the products you ordered.
- Follow on Instagram - Follow our Instagram page and earn 50 points.
- Refer a Friend - Refer a friend and earn a gift voucher when they make a purchase.
- Birthday Bonus - Add your birthday to your account and you'll receive extra points on your special day. 
- Make a Purchase - Earn 100 points for every pound spent on an order. Please note, you will only earn points on your initial order value not monthly subscription payments. 

I know I have points on my account but cannot see them - help!

If you're pretty sure you have enough points for a reward but your account is not loading properly, please contact us at info@bikeclub.com or via live chat. We'll check your account from our end and help you use your rewards on an order. :)

My membership tier is incorrect, how can I get it updated?

Your membership tier is based on your purchases in the past 12 months! If you believe you should be in a different tier, please contact us at info@bikeclub.com or via live chat with the tier you think you should be in and we'll work to make things right.

How do I redeem money off rewards?

Start on your account page and scroll to the redemption offers. Under the dollar-off reward you would like, click Select. A pop-up will appear prompting you to redeem the reward. Once you click Redeem, the rewards code will be automatically generated and your points will be removed from your account!
